On 28 August, Bob lost his Motion to Reconsider before Judge Ted Baca, in the Second District Court, so therefore the Democratic Party of New Mexico has more than likely been successful in keeping him off the ballot this year.

Bob plans to do some commentary on the 1st District race, some consulting, and being available anywhere and everywhere for talk, news releases or other, so that our views get out and we continue to be part of getting our country back on track after these disastrous six years. He may also run again in 2008, and if you have groups or events to put him together with, he'd be glad to hear from you.
